Santi Vendrell presents "Salpar de Tardor"

Santi Vendrell, together with singer Fina Blanco, form the duo GATS, who perform the song “Salpar de Tardor” with the collaboration of Miquel Murga.

This song was composed in 1979, with lyrics by Miquel Murga and music by Santi Vendrell, and it won the first prize (Hèlix d’Or) at the Palamós Sea Song Festival.

Despite the success of the piece, it was never included in any of Santi Vendrell’s ten albums; for this reason, this maritime song of love and war is now being released as a single.
